REASI, May 18: Reasi Police today arrested two thieves and recovered stolen pipes of a prominent reputed construction company.
The Police team headed by Dy SP Hqrs, Mohan Lal, along with ASI Mast Ram succeeded in arrest of two thieve namely Karan Singh of Dangakote and Ranjeet Singh of Harotekote from Bakkal area who were wanted in case FIR No.75/2016 U/S 379/RPC P/S Reasi.
On their disclosure, stolen material (Pneumatic house pipe) valuing in thousands of rupees, were recovered. The stolen pipes were the property of AFCON company of Railways.
Meanwhile, Police Station Bhawan in Katra today restored a bag to woman pilgrim, who had had lost the same along with some cosmetic items, medicines, goggle, Appo Android mobile phone having cost Rs 8000/- and some clothes.
The bag, containing these items, was found unclaimed by Constable Kamal Singh of Police Station Bhawan during patrolling duty at Bhawan near Gate No.03. After an announcement in this regard was flashed through JPCR Bhawan, female pilgrim Aradhana Devi wife of Ashish Kumar of village Thakur Ganj, Ahmed Ganj Phoolmati Mandir Lucknow UP, appeared before Police and reported about the missing of her bag, which was handed over to her after clarification of the ownership.
