MENDHAR, May 22: Four persons were injured during a group clash over a land dispute in Sagra area of Mankote tehsil in district Poonch today.
A police spokesman said that members of Mohd Farooq Lamberdar and Kalam Din had some altercation over the land measuring 17 kanals which is in the possession of Kalam Din. Lamberdar claimed that the land belonged to him. Upon this, they had clash and four members of the family, most of them belonging to Kalam Din, were injured. They were shifted to SDH Mendhar.
The police has registered a case under Fir No. 63/ 2016 against the Lamberdar and six others. Further investigation was in progress.
