Pawan visits Karimchi villages

JAMMU, May 25: BJP State general secretary, Pawan Khajuria, during his two days extensive tour of Karimchi Mandal of Udhampur Assembly Constituency, visited different villages, interacted with the local people and took stock of the problems being faced by them.
During his visit to Tirshi and Narore villages, Pawan Khajuria was apprised of the problems related to water, electricity, ration and installation of transformers. The villagers told that during the last one and half year, ration was supplied just two times and wanted regular supply of ration, electricity and drinking water. They also briefed the leader about the problem related to irrigation.
Pawan Khajuria immediately took up the grievances of the people with the senior officials of PHE, PDD and CAPD and sought early redressal of the same.
Meanwhile, Pawan Khajuria took up the matter related to installation of new transformers with the Rajya Sabha MP, Shamsher Singh Manhas, who assured to provide funds from MPLAD for transformers for the convenience of the people.
