State Government employees face a very serious problem of regularization. Whenever they are promoted, they remain as Incharge for decades together and draw pay at lower posts. The Governments should have atleast regularized the Government servants before their retirement. After retirement no body listens to their woes and they are thought to be useless persons. Present serving people/officers will not understand the plight of retired Government servants. When a person is elevated to a higher posts all documents/certificates/details are obtained by the Government and why they do not promote Government servants on permanent basis. Some orders issued by Government show juniors promoted on regular basis and services regularized but seniors are left. How such orders are issued is not understood? A Government servant who is not regularized timely is put to a great loss and to bear loss for decades is great injustice with them. Officers at the helm are requested to solve pending regularization cases especially of retired servants.
