Misger is NC’s candidate

SRINAGAR, May 30: National Conference Parliamentary Board, which met in Srinagar today has decided to field party Leader and constituency In-charge Anantnag, Iftikhar Misger as the party’s candidate from the Anantnag Assembly segment in South Kashmir.
After taking inputs from local leadership in Anantnag and surrounding areas, the Parliamentary Board announced the party’s decision to field Misger in the by-election from Anantnag Constituency. He had also contested 2014 Assembly election from Anantnag but lost to late Mufti Sayeed.
Misger is a young industrialist and political leader, who has completed his MBA from BMS College, Bangalore in 1995 and has worked in the corporate sector with Syndet, Gati and DLL before starting his own entrepreneurial journey in Kashmir.
Misger is currently the constituency In-charge and block president Anantnag for the party and has previously served as the party’s Youth District president for Anantnag district.
