JAMMU, May 31: Five members of a family have been booked for trying to molest a girl by entering into her room at Bumnal area, falling under the jurisdiction of Bishnah police station.
As per police sources, acting over the complaint forwarded by Munsiff Court Bishnah, a case under FIR Number 64/16 under Section 354, 452, 323, 504, 506 and 511 RPC has been registered at Bishnah police station against five persons.
The accused persons identified as Saif Din son of Mira Baksh, his wife Bani, son Surmu and two daughters, Khurshida and Mani barged into the complainant’s room and tried to molest her.
However, no arrest was made till late night.
