JKFFA remembers martyr Baba Banda Singh

JAMMU, May 31: J&K Freedom Fighters’ Association (JKFFA) today remembered martyr Baba Banda Singh Bahadur on his martyrdom day, in a function organized at Dogra Shaurya Stamb, Ambphalla, here.
State president, Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan, was the chief guest and State president, JKFFA, Ved Gandotra presided over the function.
The members present on the occasion, threw light on the life history of Banda Bahadur and his heroic deeds and patriotism.
With his bravery, he gave tough fight to the Mughal Empire and always worked for the welfare of the common man, they said. The members also remembered the freedom fighters and martyrs, who fought the British Empire for the freedom of the mother-land.
They also asked the Kashmiri youth to work for the welfare of the common man and help building strong nation. They asked them to get freedom from the clutches of the separatists and Pakistani propaganda and make an India of their dreams, which will be prosperous, corruption free, poverty free and violence free.
