JAMMU: Police and Army today launched a joint search operation and recovered a cache of arms and ammunition from a hideout in Rajouri district.
“Acting on a tip off, a joint operation was launched this afternoon in forest area of Thannamandi tehsil in Rajouri and a hideout was busted,” a senior police officer here said.
He said that cache of arms and ammunition comprising AK Rifle, pistol and grenades were recovered from the hideout. More details about the recovery is awaited, he added. (AGENCIES)
