JAMMU, June 11: A pharmaceutical shop gutted in fire due to short circuit in Old Rehari area.
As per police sources, fire broke out in M/s Talent Pharmaceutical owned by Narinder Dutt at Old Rehari this evening.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and informed Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
On getting information, fire fighters along with fire tender reached the spot, but till then the fire was doused by locals. In the inferno, all the material including medicine, furniture and important documents worth several lakh turned into ashes.
However, no injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Pacca Danga police has taken cognizance in this regard.
