UDHAMPUR, June 12: Five persons got injured when a minibus, they were traveling in, rolled down near Kawa in Udhampur.
The minibus, bearing registration number JK14-7479, was on way from Udhampur to Kawa when it met with the accident. Locals and police rushed to the spot and took the injured persons to Udhampur District Hospital.
The injured were identified as Kanta Devi (38) wife of Bola Ram, Rahul (10) son of Charn Dass, Nav Deep (8) son of Sudesh Kumar, Kishori Lal (40) son of Shiv Ram and Priya Devi (8) daughter of Shiv Ram. All of them are resident of Kawa.
Meanwhile, one Charn Dass (45) son of Krishan Dutt of village Prora Jagir, Ramnagar, was seriously injured when he fell from a moving bus. He was shifted to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred him to GMC Hospital Jammu.
