Pawan Gupta holds public darbar

UDHAMPUR, June 12: A public darbar was organized by MLA Udhampur Assembly Constituency Pawan Gupta in his office here today. Several deputations met with MLA and highlighted their problems.
On this occasion a deputation of Koh Panchayat met the MLA under the leadership of Preetam Singh and expressed that their Panchayat is totally ignored for its overall development. They demanded construction of tractor road from village Nambal, W.No. 4 of Koh Panchayat link to Ramnagar road. A local of the Panchayat Ashok Kumar demanded laying of pipe lines for drinking water to avoid the scarcity of water.
Yograj of Korri Mohalla of Dabrah Panchayat demanded the up gradation of electricity transformer to avoid the problem of low voltage. A deputation of Rathian Panchayat under the leadership of Ajay Kumar has disclosed that four kms of road under construction from village Gole to village Valah is yet to be completed from a long period with the result the people are facing inconvenience. He said that one km of road out of 4kms is without black topping.
MLA Pawan Gupta gave necessary instructions on mobile phone to the authorities concerned and asked them to solve the problems of the people. He assured the deputations that after Assembly session his priority will be to devote most of his time in his constituency for the redressal of public grievances. Sham Lal, Ashok Kumar, Thakur Dass, Dara Singh, Suresh Kumar, Tarachand, Banarsi Dass, Gopal Rehan and Puran Chand were prominent among others present in Public Darbar.
