JAMMU, June 18: Financial Literacy Camp was organised by NABARD at tribal dominated area of Faqeer-Gujri, Harwan, wherein speakers highlighted various issues related to banking sector.
In his welcome address, Juniad Ahmad, DDM, NABARD, apprised the gathering regarding the different schemes launched under financial inclusion programme.
He explained all the schemes under Financial Literacy programme and also addressed so many queries raised by the participants.
The participants showed their enthusiasm and asked a number of questions to the speakers.
Showkat Ahmad, Financial Consultant PNB also highlighted various Centrally sponsored schemes.
Peer Bilal, Social Activist of the area was the chief guest on the occasion, while Panchs, Sarpanchs and other respectable citizens of the area also attended the camp.
In the end, Nehaal Ahmad Sidique on behalf of PNB presented vote of thanks.
