POONCH, June 20: A woman was killed while another seriously injured after a boulder fell down during rain in Rajpura area of Mandi tehsil today.
Official sources said that incident took place when these two village women were grazing their cattle and sitting down the hill. Suddenly a rock rolled down killing one of them on the spot and causing serious injury to another.
The deceased was identified as Begum Jan (55), wife of Sultan Mohd, resident of Rajpura. Seriously injured Sharifa Begum (45), wife of Abdul Zabar from the same village, was rushed to Mandi Hospital and then referred to GMC Hospital, Jammu.
