SRINAGAR: Two militants were killed and nine Central Reserve Police Force personnel injured in a brief encounter in Pampore area on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway this afternoon.
Official sources said militants attacked a CRPF party, wounding nine personnel. Security forces also retaliated and in the ensuing encounter two militants were killed.
