JAMMU: Samba District administration today imposed transportation of bovine in an order issued here. Magistrate, Samba in exercise of the powers vested under Section 144 CrPC has imposed ban on transportation of bovine from the district.
”Bovine animal such as cow, ox, bull, calf, buffalo etc cannot be transported from Samba to other district except with permission from District Magistrate and Additional District Magistrate, Samba,” an order issued here said.
It further said that this order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months from the date of its issuance till the same is rescinded, whichever is earlier. (AGENCIES)
