JAMMU, June 25: International Institute of Engineering and Technology (IIET), Karnal, is offering special package for the students of Jammu and Kashmir for the upcoming session 2016-17 in which the meritorious students can avail the discount upto 30 per cent.
Besides this, the institute is also offering upto 50 per cent off in the hostel fee for the students of J&K.
Located at village – Samani, District Kurukshetra, Haryana, IIET was established in 2008 with an aim to provide world class education to its students, laying emphasis on Research & Development, enabling them to become active participants in the innovations of the world. The institute is approved by AICTE, Government of Haryana and is affiliated to Kurukshetra University.
IIET is offering many courses in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M.Tech (Computer Science) etc.
The institute is organizing five days admission fair in Jammu for the comfort of students and their parents. The admission fair will start from Sunday June 26 to June 30, 2016 at Hotel Jewel, Jammu.

The institution has an independent department to take care of the training of the students and their placements. Students are given coaching by experts to improve their skills required for placements like resume writing, communication skills, written tests, group discussion, technical and personal interviews.
