JAMMU, June 27: Jammu Kashmir Milchar Front (JKMF) has demanded construction of drains in Laxmipuram Chinore Sector B-2 from Modern Secular Institute of Education.
The president of the Front Shamboo Nath Saproo has made an appeal to Minster for R&B, Abdul Rehman Veeri as well as Minster of Health and Medical Education, Bali Bhagat who represents the area in this regard. He said the work was started in an unplanned manner earlier and later it was abandoner for unknown reasons. He said due to non construction of drains there are cesspools of water in the lanes which also enters compounds of houses thereby creating health hazards.
He said though the applications were recommended by the two ministers to concerned officers but there was no response from the authorities.
