NOWSHERA, June 27: The activists of Bahujan Samaj Party held protest demonstration near the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate (Tehsil complex) here today.
The BSP workers under the leadership of state president, Tarsem Khullar assembled near Tehsil complex and then held demonstration. They were protesting against the wrong BPL lists prepared by the concerned agencies in Nowshera Sub Division. The speakers alleged that many persons who do not deserve, their names have been included in the BPL lists. They demanded that correction may be made in the lists.
Later, Mr Khullar held meetings at Lambedi, Laam and Chingus area of Nowshera constituency. K L Attri, Harjeet, Rajinder, Ravi, Gyan Chand, Jai Parkash, Tirath Ram, Subash Chand and Subedar Badri Nath also accompanied Mr Khullar.
