JAMMU, June 29: Ellaquai Dehati Bank Officers Association (EDBOA) is on two days protest from today against indecent and abusive attitude being displayed by the Management of the Bank towards the officers during the review meetings, seminars etc.
The Association in a press note here today said the insensitivity displayed by the management in dealing with an officer in a meeting on June 24 at Jammu who virtually collapsed has totally exposed the inhuman face of the management. Even the emergency medical aid was avoided to hush up the issue, it added.
The Association while accusing the management of letting lose a reign of terror to prevent the officers from voicing their concerns on the wrong policies of the Bank management has not stopped despite all possible efforts and initiatives. The Association also warned to intensify the protest against the prevailing malpractice, nepotism and favouritism in the Bank.
