NSF alleges discrimination with Jammu youth

JAMMU, July 1: NSF has alleged discriminatory treatment meted out by State Public Service Commission (PSC) by giving more representation to Kashmir and ignoring  Jammu in the sphere of employment.
While addressing a press conference today, NSF president  Dr Vikas Sharma, said that out of total posts of 26 of Assistant Professor in Physics,   19 candidates have been selected from Kashmir and 7 from Jammu.  “71 candidates have been selected in English from Kashmir division and 30  from Jammu division out of total 101 posts. Both these selections have been made in the open category by PSC,” he said.
Vikas  said that the educated youth of Jammu have  taken a serious view of continued discrimination under the rules of BJP and has decided to create mass awareness amongst student fraternity for launching an agitation to seek justice for educated youth of Jammu.
