JAMMU, July 4: 114th death anniversary of Swami Vivekananda was observed today by members of Swami Vivekananda Club, Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
On the occasion, members paid floral tributes to Swami Vivekananda and recalled his teachings to the world for peace and brotherhood.
President of the Club, Vijay Sharma, threw light on life and achievements of Swami Vivekananda who apprised the world about greatness of Hinduism and philosophy of being Hindu.
Later, Parshad was distributed among participants and other people. The function concluded with chanting of National Anthem and amidst the slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai.
