Forever has no end

Sometimes in life, you find a special friend.
Someone who changes your life
just by being part of it.
Someone who makes you
laugh until you can’t stop.
Someone who makes you believe
that there really is good in the world.
Someone who convinces you
that there really is an unlocked door just
waiting for you to open it.
This is forever friendship. When you’re down and the world seems dark and empty,
Your forever friend lifts you up in spirit and makes that dark and
empty world suddenly seem bright and full.
Your forever friend gets you through the hard times, the sad times and the confused times.
If you turn and walk away,
your forever friend follows.
If you lose your way, your forever
friend guides you and cheers you on.
Your forever friend holds  your hand and tells you that everything is
going to be okay.
And if you find such a friend,
you feel happy and complete because you
need not worry.
You have a forever friend,
and forever has no end.

LOST LIFE

To whom shall Icall?
To whom should I complain?
They want, they demand ,
They won’t bargain.
They don’t understand ,
The problems I face.
They pinch,
They taunt
But never hear what I say.
So now I keep mum
Enclosed in my safe shell.
I just nod ,
And fulfil everyone’s demands.
I owe them respect
I owe them my love,
But in between everything
I lost my life.
I killed my smile.

WHO GROOMS WHOM

Who grooms whom
A child grooms father
or a father grooms
child
But I saw a child
Grooming father
Sitting behind him,
And holding tightly his waist,
With his two short arms;
Short enough not to hold
completely.
And a child stuck himself,
With the back of father,
Giving him affectionate feeling,
And himself feels protected.
But the bond of love,
was stronger,
More than that,
He is being protected
What a lovely relationship
A child and a father,
were sharing
Just as if a heaven
in between them.

DOGRA

I am a Dogra (Durgara),
meaning ‘invincible.’
I’m beyond conquer
I’m the dweller of terrain.
I come from Durga, Dvigarti,
The twin lakes of Mansar-Surinsar.
And the holy cave of
who killed Maheshasur
For I’m blessed with chivalry,
with a boyish character.
And in colours, you have seen me,
From war-field of blood to refuge,
From Pandavas to Vyasa
From Parshuram to Shiva himself.
My remembrance is as pristine,
As my valor, felt through my armour,
Of a protector, giver and a lover,
Of art,  land and its people.
I know no rest. I’m a seeker, still calm
I run though the hills
of breezing Himalayas
To the scorching heat of Sialkot plains.
Who fought with Turks at Hannah,
Hun at Passehendale.
Such is the meaning of Dogra,
who dwells on respect, dignity and honour
Come, know me; for who lives
alive and thereafter
For who remains in the soil.
Because I’m invincible
I’m behond conquer.
