KATHUA, July 9: A new born female baby which was abandoned in nearby bushes was found near DC office, today.
According to the reports, a new born female baby which was abandoned nearby bushes and appeared to be few days old was recovered today. The baby was being carried by dog. On seeing this, some people freed the baby and informed the police about it.
Kathua police has registered a case under relevant Section and started investigation.
