JAMMU, July 15: Govern-ment ordered transfer and posting of eight Executive Engineers of Power Develop-ment Department.
According to the order issued by Dheeraj Gupta, Commissioner/ Secretary, PDD, Aijaz Ahmed Khan, Incharge Executive Engineer, ED Anantnag has been transferred and posted as Incharge Executive Engineer, Projects Division, Kashmir, Mohammad Shafi Wani, Incharge Executive Engineer, ED Kupwara was transferred and posted as Incharge Executive Engineer, Projects Division Kashmir and Muneer Ahmad Mir, Incharge Executive Engineer, presently on deputation to J&K SPDC has been transferred and posted as Incharge Executive Engineer ED Kupwara.
RK Malla, Incharge Executive Engineer ED Udhampur has been attached with the office of Chief Engineer EM&RE, Jammu, Ravinder Kumar Gupta, under orders of transfer as Incharge Executive Engineer STD-Leh has been transferred and posted as Incharge Executive Engineer ED Udhampur, while Tundup Spalzang, Incharge Executive Engineer ED Leh will hold the additional charge of STD-Leh till further orders.
Mohammad Shafi Rishoo, under orders of transfer as Incharge Executive Engineer TLCD-I Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Incharge Executive Engineer TLMD-II Jammu and Nazir Ahmed Wani, Incharge Executive Engineer TLCD-II Srinagar will hold the additional charge of TLCD-I Srinagar.
Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, Incharge AEE ED Bijbehara SD Anantnag was transferred and posted as Incharge Executive Engineer ED Anantnag. The placement of Mushtaq Ahmad Shah as Incharge Executive Engineer will be purely and temporarily on stop gap basis and subject to outcome of writ petition (s), if any, pending before any competent court. It shall not confer any right, interest or equity in favour of the officer as and when promotions on substantive basis are considered or made by the DPC or PSC. For the purpose of reckoning, he will be deemed to have been placed Incharge Executive Engineer from the date his immediate junior has been placed so far.
