JAMMU : A fresh batch of 1,213 pilgrims today left for their respective base camps in Kashmir to proceed on their onwards journey to holy cave shrine of Shri Amarnath ji situated in South Kashmir Himalayas.
”Amid slogans like ‘Bum Bum Bole, Jai Baba Burfani and Har Har Mahadev’ a batch of pilgrims comprising 831 males, 282 females, 100 Sadhus in a convoy of 30 vehicles including 25 buses, four Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) and one motor cycle left from Bagwati Nagar base camp,” an official said this afternoon.
