JAMMU, July 28: 1st Additi-onal Sessions Judge Jammu MA Chowdhary rejected the bail application of alleged lady Narco smuggler namely Munisha Devi.
According to the police case on July 10, 2016 police post Sarwal while performing checking duty at naka point near Rehari Colony marble shop found two ladies in suspicious condition, who on seeing police naka, tried to escape, however, they were apprehended and on enquiry, they disclosed their names as Munisha Devi and Neha Devi.
During the search, 1400 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvan Spas Plus were recovered from their possession. On this police register a case u/s 8/21/22 NDPS.
1st Additional Sessions Judge, MA Chowdhary after hearing APP MA Manhas appearing for the State whereas Arun Jamwal appearing for accused observed that there is no material before this court to record its satisfaction that the accused has not committed such offence and rejected the bail application.
