JAMMU, Aug 1: The citizens’ Cooperative Bank Ltd., Jammu has conducted training programme for the Branch Managers/Incharges and Officers of the Bank on Core Banking Solution with special emphasis on NPA functionality in the CBS system.
Ashok Goswamy, Managing Director in presence of Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, General Manager, Ashwani Kapoor and Rajeev Dogra, Chief Managers of the Bank, while highlighting the achievements of the Bank informed that since the Bank has implemented Core Banking Solution and fully computerized all its units as such there is dire need of training for the staff to make them fully familiar with the functionality of the system.
Bank is organizing training programme for the staff on different topics of banking/regulatory guidelines with special emphasis on CBS. He while opening the training programme organized by the Bank advised officers to provide personalized services to the customers.
Ankit Gupta and Sudhanshu Misra, representative C-Edge Technologies (Joint venture of TCS and SBI) has been engaged to conduct training programme for the Officers of the Bank.
