SRINAGAR: Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir has asked the candidates who are appearing for IAS (Preliminary) Examination to be conducted by Union Public Service Commission on August 7, 2016 that the Administration has made elaborate arrangements for downloading of their admit cards at NIC centers of their respective district headquarters.
The candidates should approach offices of NICs for accessing internet service to download their admit cards. The candidates have asked to contact on these numbers also for assistance.
