JAMMU, Aug 3: Police today disbursed the honorarium on revised scale to Special Police Officers (SPOs).
As per official spokesperson, Vide Government Order No. 215-Home of 2016 Dated 11-04-2016, the honorarium of SPOs engaged with J&K Police was enhanced from Rs 3000 to Rs 6000 per month from January 1, 2016.
The said order was pending for implementation since January, 2016 due to scarcity of funds.
Now, on the availability of fund, Jammu Police while implementing the Government order has drawn and disbursed the honorarium on revised scale i.e Rs 6000 per month from July 2016 to SPOs of Jammu district.
