JAMMU, Aug 4: Miscreants attacked a man with sharp edged weapons at Kotli Morh area, falling under the jurisdiction of Bishnah police station.
As per police sources, a man identified as Raj Kumar, son of Balbir Singh of Bega was attacked by some miscreants at Kothi Morh with sharp edged weapons. Later, the miscreants escaped from the spot.
After getting information, a team from Bishnah police station led by Inspector Paramjit Singh rushed to the spot and shifted the profusely bleeding man to Bishnah Hospital, from where he was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital for advanced treatment.
A case under FIR Number 100/16 under Section 307/34 RPC 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Bishnah police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the accused.
