JAMMU, Aug 5: Dr Sham Lal Bhagat, Director Animal Husbandry Department, who retired on superannuation on July 31, 2016 was accorded warm and affectionate farewell by the officers and officials of the department.
Dr Bhagat served the Animal Husbandry Department for 37 years. He started his career as veterinary assistant surgeon in the year 1980 and served the Department in different capacities and superannuated as Director. All wished him happy and healthy post retirement life.
