JAMMU, Aug 8: The State unit of BJP Mahila Morcha under the presidentship of Purnima Sharma held a meeting at BJP District Office here at Kachi Chawni, to discuss arrangements for celebration of 70th Independence Day.
The meeting was attended by the State office bearers, Zila Mandal presidents and workers of Mahila Morcha. Besides, Independence Day, the meeting also discussed arrangements for celebration of Rakhsha Bandhan.
While speaking on the occasion, Purnima Sharma, said that they have to follow the way of humanity which is shown by the freedom fighters to make the nation a peaceful world. She asked all the office bearers and workers to take part in Independence Day celebrations and pay tribute to freedom fighters.
