JKSTA threatens agitation

RAJOURI, Aug 8: Alleging  favouritism and irregularities in the transfers of  teachers in district  Rajouri,  district unit of Jammu Kashmir State Teachers Association (JKSTA) has threatened to launch agitation.
In a meeting of the members of JKSTA held here today, under the leadership of Tanvir Shawl (president) and Vinod Sharma (JKTF), the members strongly criticized the CEO Rajouri for committing grave irregularities and adopting attitude of favouritism while issuing transfer orders of teachers in the district recently.  They demanded that orders be  reviewed otherwise, JKSTA would be forced to launch agitation in near future. They also sought intervention of Education Minister into the matter.
