Kundal visits Bal Niketan Ved Mandir

JAMMU, Aug 11: President of Dharamarth Trust Council, BR Kundal, today visited Bal Niketan Ved Mandir Jammu and interacted with management of Bal Niketan Society including its president, vice president, besides staff members.
The management apprised Mr Kundal regarding the functioning and the activities being undertaken in Bal Niketan. The president was told that the institution has three components as Bal Niketan, Balika Niketan and Ved Niketan.  He was also told that this was a residential institution where apart from modern education, vocational and Vedic studies are also imparted. Children from all over Jammu province are enrolled and imparted education from class one to class tenth.
Mr Kundal went around the institution and interacted with the students. He, on behalf of Dr Karan Singh, Chairman Dharamarth Trust, presented a cheque and assured the society of annual financial support also.
Prior to the visit similar financial assistance was provided to Jammu Yatri Bhawan Haridwar (trust) through its president. During the visit, B R Kundal was accompanied by Shashi Khajuria Secretary of J&K Dharmarth Trust.
