JAMMU, Aug 11: In a function organized today in connection with ‘Service With A Smile’ (SWAS) here at CGMT Office, Bharat Sanchar Nagam Limited employees took a pledge to serve their customers with a smile in conformity with their objective ‘Connecting India’.
The oath to the employees was administered by HK Verma, CGMT, J&K Circle. The employees took oath to endeavour their best to resolve any issue related to telecom services being offered to their customers with promptness and alacrity.
The CGMT also impressed upon all the employees to have a dialogue happily with all efforts to resolve issues of the customers promptly with a smile.
Similar, pledge ceremonies took place at all BSNL Telecom SSAs across J&K Circle.
