JAMMU, Aug 12: The dead body of an unidentified man of age about 60 years was recovered today from Akhnoor area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the dead body of a man appears to be a beggar was spotted this afternoon by some passersby in an old and discarded Indica Car standing beside the road at Sungal Morh in Akhnoor tehsil.
He said that the dead body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification and post mortem.
A case in this connection was registered at police station Akhnoor and further investigations were underway.
