JAMMU, Aug 17: City Ration Dealers Association held protest demonstration at CAPD office on Akhnoor road here.
A large number of city ration dealers led by its Association president , Prabh Dayal assembled at the CAPD Department office and held protest demonstration. They alleged that department has failed to clear the pending ration of the month of June and July and officers were pressurizing the dealers to deposit advance money for the month of August.
They further alleged that concerned TSOs and ADs were not providing full quota of ration and sugar to the dealers while all the dealers have not been paid their commission by the CAPD department for the last over six months. They warned to intensify agitation and demanded that pending ration of the consumers be cleared for the month of June and July and their pending commission should also be released without any more delay.
