UDHAMPUR, Aug 26: Four persons were injured in three separate road accidents across Udhampur during the last 24 hours.
According to the police reports, a motorcyclist and his pillion rider were injured when an Army vehicle hit their bike at Dhar Road, late last night. Police and locals shifted the injured to District Hospital Udhampur and their identification was established as Gulshan Kumar (22), son of Mulkh Raj of Gordhi and Varinder Kumar (27) son of Om Prkash of Talpaer Udhampur.
In another road accident, a female pedestrian was hit by a CRPF vehicle near Patnitop. The injured was identified as Shila Devi (36) wife of Bittu Ram resident of Patnitop. She has been admitted in DH Udhampur.
Another pedestrian was hit by a Scooty JK14D-9308 near Salathia Chowk. Locals took the injured to District Hospital Udhampur. He was identified as Nur Mohamed (40) son of Kasim Den of Jakhani.
