Hindi Recitation Competition held

JAMMU, Aug 29: Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu organized “Hindi Recitation Competition” for class prep, in which all the children participated with great zeal and enthusiasm.
They recited poems on keeping our environment clean and green and freedom fighters, confidently.
The first prize was won by Yashashree and Somanshi Singh, second prize was bagged by Chirag Luthra and Chahat Bandral and the third prize was shared by Imman Javid and Snigdha Aggarwal.
The competition was adjudged by Meena Khajuria.
Principal, Ruchi Chabra while speaking expressed the need of giving more opportunities for exposure to the tiny-tots.
Headmistress, Meenu Gupta stated that such competitions offer an opportunity to develop competitive spirit in the students and help them to learn with fun.
Preeti Abrol, Coordinator, Pre Primary Block was also present on the occasion.
