JAMMU, Sept 1: Police arrested a driver along with banned polythene bags.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Nehru Market police post laid a naka and intercepted a Mahindra Bolero bearing registration number JK21A-5146.
During checking, police recovered 10 quintals banned polythene bags from the vehicle and arrested the driver, who has been identified as Karan Choudary, son of Ronak Ram, a resident of Kaintpur, tehsil Vijaypur.
A case under Section 188 RPC has been registered at Gandhi Nagar police station and investigation started.
