JAMMU, Sept 3: A delegation of Sampooran Kashmir Sangathan (SKS) called on Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh at his residence in Union Capital today  and handed over three memorandums to him.
Through one memorandum the delegation demanded one time package of Rs 75 lakh per family for rehabilitation, soft loan to traders and over aged youth, free medical facilities to KPs as per CGHS pattern through Medi card.
Through the another resolution the grievances of PM package employees who are on protest at Jammu were highlighted and the Union Government was asked to settle their problem as per the wishes of these employees who feel totally scared after their transit camps were attacked in Valley.
The delegation also demanded that conditions be created so that the Pandits can observe Martyrs day on September 14 at Kashmir.
Mr Rajnath Singh assured to look into the demands.
He informed the delegation that Union Government is well aware of the miseries and the time has come to address them.
He said that he will take up the issue of package employees with Chief Minister of the State Mehbooba Mufti and assured that these employees will not be forced to go back till normalcy is restored in Valley.
The delegation was led by Anoop Kaul, Chairman of the SKS. Bharat Kachroo , national secretary & other members of Sanghathan accompanied him.
