SRINAGAR, Sept 11: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh has expressed grief and sorrow over the killing of a policeman in an encounter at Poonch.
Condemning the incident, the Deputy Chief Minister said that such incidents are the manifestation of frustration on the part of enemy who is hell bent on disturbing the peaceful environs of the State.
Expressing sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved family, Dr. Singh prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. He also wished early recovery of injured security personnel and civilian.
