JAMMU, Sept 11: A mentally unstable man was today found dead in mysterious circumstances in Digiana area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a mentally unstable man identified as Kuldeep Sadhu son of Niranjan, resident of Durga Nagar, was today found dead near Digiana Ashram.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital for post mortem. The concerned police has registered a case in this connection and started investigations.
