SRINAGAR, Sept 8: Reacting to the outcome of All Parties meeting held in Union capital, Pradesh Congress today accused Central Govt of remaining insensitive to put an end to the current Valley unrest. The Congress Party also asked the Central Govt to decode all stakeholders and explain with whom Centre intends to get engaged in the dialogue process.Lashing out at Centre for not coming out with a positive signal on Kashmir problem, JKPCC chief GA Mir expressed surprise over the outcome of the All Parties meeting and termed it as an indicative of poor response and lack of policy on the part of Centre Govt to Kashmir situation. Rather, Centre has added more confusion to the already extremely volatile situation in the Valley.Questioning the Centre over the issue of stakeholders, PCC chief asked the Central Govt to decode the stakeholders and explain with whom it wants to get engaged to start dialogue process. The conclusion of All Party meeting was not good as it has failed to devise a strategy that would help in reducing the valley tension rather it has sent a wrong signals among the people in Valley. Mir said after a good ground work undertaken by the Opposition parties both at Centre and State level, Central Govt woke up to the demand of sending all parties delegation to Kashmir, but it is quite amazing that the delegation came to Valley without doing any ground work and it was generally felt here that Central Govt is less interested to address the problems.
