JAMMU, Sept 14: BSF today captured a Kashmiri youth, who had reached Octroi Post along the International Border (IB) in RS Pura sector.
He has been identified as Umar Ashraf, 28, son of Mohammad Ashraf, a resident of Pattan, Baramulla.
Official reports said the youth was travelling in a Santro car bearing No. 3336 JK05C and claimed that he had to visit New Delhi but reached Octroi Post, located right on the International Border, in RS Pura sector this afternoon.
The BSF captured the boy along with the car and after preliminary questioning handed him over to RS Pura police team headed by SHO Inspector Bushan Manhas.
Police have registered a case and were questioning the youth.
