It is a well known fact that RBA, SC, ST, ALC categories exist for applying to a Govt. job in J&K. It has been seen that some people never go to villages, but are having RBA category certificates. When these people apply for medical colleges and other Govt jobs, even if the marks obtained in the respective examination are less, they will get the job and admissions. Issuing of these category certificates should be checked very seriously and it is a sincere request to JK Govt that issuing of the category certificates such as RBA, SC, ST should be made stricter and issued only to genuine people. Proper instructions should be given to the concerned officers and it is the need of the hour.
