JAMMU, Sept 17: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Kishore Kumar today rejected the bail application of one Bhupinder Kumar, son of Sham Lal of Arnia, who was allegedly involved in rape with minor girl.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “crime of rape is increasing very rapidly and in case the bail is granted to the accused, the faith and confidence of the public will get shattered”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
