JAMMU, Sept 17: In a joint meeting held at Jagti township Soan Kashmir Front and Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) expressed grave concern over failure of the Government in supplying ration to the migrants putting up at Jagti township, other camps and non camp areas.

He said it was assured by Relief Commissioner that the payment in lieu of ration for these months will be credited to the account of relief holders but till date nothing was done in this regard.
Pandita in an appeal to Relief Commissioner urged him to look into the matter and solve the problem immediately. He warned agitation in case delaying tactics are again adopted in this regard.
He also demanded immediate implementation of PM’s employment package for the migrants and making 40 bedded hospital functional at Jagti.
