JAMMU, Sept 17: In protest against the prevailing situation in Rajouri and continued unrest in Kashmir valley, instigated by Pakistan, the activists of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena took out a protest march in  the city and burnt Pakistani flag.
The protesting workers were carrying banners and placards depicting their demands and concerns.
While addressing Front president Ashok Gupta demanded that the people who were involved in the communal riots in Rajouri should be put behind bars and PSA should be slapped on them. He appealed the Government to create a peaceful environment and the people whose shops have been burnt should be provided with appropriate compensation so that they could re-start their normal business.
He further stated that the Pakistan which started its crusade from the Kashmir valley to create communal tension is now targeting Jammu district and demanded the people of Rajouri to maintain religious harmony so that Pakistan could be taught a a lesson that in India religion is to bind people not to divide.
The people of the Valley should understand that Pakistan is nothing more than a hate monger and the country where 65% of population is below poverty line should focus its efforts to improve the life of its people rather than financing terror in India.
Those who participated in the protest were Sukhdev, Birbal, Bodh Raj, Subash, Ram Paul, Nikku, Pradhan, Abhishek etc.
