Bengal CM expresses grief over deaths of Indian soldiers in Kashmir

KOLKATA, Sep 19: Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee todayexpressed grief at the deaths of Indian Army personnel who were attacked by terrorists in Kashmir saying, “no words can take away the pain of the18 families who lost their loved ones in Uri.”

She paid her respect for the brave soldiers saying ” India’s bravesoldiers, salutes. “The mortal remains of one brave jawan was being brought to Howrah station from Kashmir. The remains of Bishwajit Gorai was being brought on way to Sagar Island in South 24 Parganas.Very sad. 3 more brave jawans succumb in Uri. Now 20 families and nation mourning,” she added. (UNI)
